Dhiraj is an Industrial Engineer with a Masters in Systems & Information Engineering – his work experience over nineteen years is multi-disciplinary; ranging from program & engagement management in IT and BPO to business unit and P&L management, project consultancy & training in the manufacturing & service sectors. He is dedicated to technology-enabled social change and as Co-Founder and CEO of B2R Technologies, is currently implementing livelihood creation in rural India by setting up & operating rural BPO service centers. B2R currently has 5 service delivery centers in rural Uttarakhand, India, and plans to set up 50 such centers over the next five years to employ six thousand rural youth.
