The anchor package

Live-switched event recording

Two cameras, one operator, switched live. You get the program recording the same day or next morning, with the sound from every microphone already mixed into one clean track: a source file your social team can clip from right away.

  • Two cameras, one operator
  • Live switching between the speaker and the wide shot
  • Some B-roll of the room when the schedule leaves a real gap (not guaranteed; the dedicated B-roll camera is)
  • The switched program recording, same day or next morning
  • Sound from every microphone mixed and leveled into one clean track, ready to clip

Need B-roll you can count on? Add a dedicated B-roll camera on a gimbal.

Half day from $1,000 · Full day from $1,400

Half days are available when the schedule allows. A schedule spread across the day is priced as a full day.

The program recording is a source file to clip from, not a finished edit. Finished pieces, with their own sound mix and music, are in the editing options.

Add-on

Staffed interview station

A second crew member runs a lit interview corner while the stage records: testimonials, speaker sound bites, sponsor thank-yous.

The second crew member is what makes this possible: the stage keeps recording while the interviews happen.

Half day from $750 · Full day from $1,000

Half days are available when the schedule allows. A schedule spread across the day is priced as a full day.

Add-on

Dedicated B-roll camera on a gimbal

A crew member with a stabilized camera moves through the room all day: arrivals, hallway conversations, sponsor tables, reactions, the stage from the floor. It doesn't depend on gaps in the schedule, and it's what makes a montage and shorts feel cinematic.

Montages and shorts are built from B-roll. With one operator on the switch, room B-roll only happens when the schedule leaves a real gap. Add the dedicated B-roll camera to be sure of it.

Sound

The first thing we ask about

A sound person gives us a clean board feed? Audio is included.

No sound person? We bring microphones for our recording, priced on the call by the number of speakers.

Need sound for the room too? Live sound for the audience is a specialist service. We scope it on the call, often with a sound partner.

More options

Priced on the call

  • Conference recaps: a daily recap cut overnight, or a same-day recap for the evening with an editor on site
  • A dedicated audio recorder on the board feed
  • Rush delivery of finished pieces, with an honest turnaround up front (same-day recordings stay free)
  • Extra review rounds
