How it works
No surprises, start to finish
You know what you're getting, when, and what it costs before anyone picks up a camera.
A short call
Fifteen minutes on your date, the rooms, the sound and what you want to post afterward.
A written scope
Deliverables, revision rounds and turnaround, spelled out.
A flat price
One number for that scope. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due on delivery.
Build and test
For hybrid events, we build and test the day before. Never the morning of.
Event day

Questions
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due on delivery. Larger programs can split it into stages.
Can we book a half day?
Half days are available when the schedule allows. A schedule spread across the day is priced as a full day.
Do you travel?
We work across DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. Travel beyond the area is quoted by distance.
Can we get it faster?
Switched recordings come the same day or next morning at no extra cost. Rush on finished edits is a flat add-on per piece, and we tell you up front what's realistic. For conferences we also cut a daily recap overnight for the next morning, or a same-day recap for the evening with an editor on site.
What goes into the montage?
Our standard montage is a story edit: we find the strongest things people said and build the narrative from them, over the b-roll. If you want a particular shape, like promoting next year's event, featuring a product demo or using your slides, that's a custom montage (from $1,500), and we need your direction before the shoot.
Can our slides be in the session recordings?
Yes. We capture them live from the presenter's laptop or the projector feed, so each slide appears at the right moment. It's a larger add-on, priced on the call.
What about music?
Montages and shorts use licensed music. Sound design and music arranging are available as an add-on.
How many revisions do we get?
Two review rounds on each finished edit. Extra rounds are available.
What if we have more than one room?
Tell us about it in the quote builder. Multi-room events are scoped on a call, because the schedule decides whether one crew can move between rooms.
